Special conference rate of $109.00 per night (single or double), plus tax. These guest room rates will

CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY
- Fourteen days or more prior to seminar: full refund
- Less than 14 days: $100.00 cancellation fee
- Failure to attend without canceling: no refund
- The cancellation of hotel rooms will be the responsibility of the participant
MSU reserves the right to cancel programs when enrollment criteria are not met or when conditions
beyond our control intervene. Seminar fees are refunded but additional costs incurred are the
responsibility of the registrants.
