They are authors of numerous articles and books published by the leading academic journals and book publishers, spanning the full range of HR and LR issues. They are recipients of research grants from the major social science research foundations and agencies. They also serve as editors and on editorial boards and regularly present their research and analyses at conferences throughout the U.S. and around the world.

Importantly, our faculty members have a wealth of hands-on experience with both private- and public-sector organizations, large and small. They are regularly called upon to serve as consultants, in-house instructors and trainers, facilitators, expert witnesses, arbitrators, and trustees.
