Individuals who wish credit towards the CHRS or CWCP DO NOT need to fill out the sign-in/sign-out sheets. They will need to fill out appropriate forms when it is time for recertification.

Procedures

Human Resources Executive Education (HREE) has made arrangements for these credits through Preferred Systems, Inc. The instructor will circulate a sign in/out sheet at the beginning and end of each day. Attendees wishing credits must sign these sheets and indicate the credits they wish to request. That is all you need to do. Preferred Systems will handle all of the paperwork. The cost is included in the price of the program.
