The knowledge learned from this course has been invaluable to me. After taking this course, our company (an Automotive Tier 1 supplier) went through severe cutbacks. The knowledge I gained from this course helped me to design a plan that was fair, legal and non discriminatory for determining layoffs as well as call-backs.

I was relatively new to my HR position when I took this course. Because of the knowledge learned in this course as well as the CHRS course, I have been able to earn the respect of our management team who now look to me for answers and guidance instead of as an administrative function.

The courses and certifications I've received have proved their worth several times over and I am grateful to have found a program as well designed as these programs are. The hands-on experience and small class sizes allow for interaction that is an important part of the course.
