WHO SHOULD ATTEND

Any labor leader who is expected answer questions about workers' compensation will benefit. This would include:

  • officers

  • insurance or workers' compensation representatives

The course would also be valuable for union leaders who deal with political issues.

Instructor

Steven J. Pollok is president and senior partner of Rapaport, Pollok, Farrel & Waldron, P.C. of Lansing, Michigan. He has specialized in practicing workers' compensation law for almost 30 years as a claimant's attorney. Steve has a Bachelor of Arts and a Master's Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations, both from MSU. His law degree is from Cleveland State University of Cleveland, Ohio.

Cancellation Policy
  • 14 days or more prior to seminar: full refund
  • Less than 14 days: $75 cancellation fee
  • Failure to attend without canceling: no refund

MSU reserves the right to cancel programs when enrollment criteria are not met or when conditions beyond its control intervene. Seminar fees are refunded but additional costs incurred are the responsibility of registrants.
