Registration and Fees

There are several ways to enroll in our courses:

Online	Complete the registration form and follow the online instructions for submitting it to us.
By Mail or Fax	Complete the online registration form, print that page, and send it by fax to 517.432.0138 or by mail to:

Brochure	If you prefer, you may print out the program brochure, fill out the included registration form, and mail or fax it to us.
Fee	$1,960. The seminar fee includes continental breakfast and networking each day.

Cancellation Policy

Fourteen days or more prior to seminar: full refund
Less than fourteen days prior to seminar: $350 cancellation fee
Failure to attend without cancelling: no refund

MSU reserves the right to cancel programs when conditions beyond its control or enrollment levels intervene. Seminar fees are refunded but additional costs incurred are the responsibility of registrants.

Special Accommodation

Accommodations for people with disabilities or special dietary needs may be requested by calling HRetc at (517) 355-9592. We will do all we can to accommodate you. It would be especially helpful if you would contact us at least three weeks before the program.

Overnight Accommodations

Overnight accommodations are not included in the seminar fee. For reservations, call the hotel listed for your seminar. Be sure to refer to the Michigan State University Block.

Payment does not have to accompany registration but is due by the seminar date.
Registrants will receive a combined confirmation letter and invoice.
Certifications will be mailed out upon successful completion of the certification exam and seminar payment confirmation

Recertification Credit

Participation in this seminar earns continuing education credits towards recertification for the CWCP program sponsored by SLIR, and for PHR and SPHR recertification credit as authorized by the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).
