Administering the Family Medical Leave Act
The Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) is the first online course offered through the MSU's School of Labor and Industrial Relations. FMLA is one of the most challenging employment laws for employers to administer; especially now that it has been amended by the National Defense Act.
