To Enroll, fill out a registration form and send to the WCC. There are several ways to submit the form to us.

In the past this course has filled up quickly. You are encouraged to register as soon as possible.

Overnight accommodations are not included in the seminar fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

There is no cancellation fee for registrants who cancel more than 14 days before the program. Registrants who cancel within 14 days are liable for a $350 cancellation fee. If we receive no advance cancellation notice, you will be liable for the full seminar fee. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation. Please submit cancellations in writing. Substitutions may be made at any time.

MSU reserves the right to cancel programs when enrollment criteria are not met or for conditions beyond its control. Any additional costs incurred by the enrollee of cancelled programs are the responsibility of the enrollee.

RECERTIFICATION

Initial certification is for a two-year period. Continuing certification after that requires one of the following: The participant may either opt to provide evidence of continuing education in workers' compensation or a related field, or take an examination.
